At Amaaya, we believe thoughtful care should extend to your delivery experience. We offer free standard shipping within India, with no minimum order value or quantity, and free return shipping.

Delivery within India

We currently offer domestic delivery within India, subject to courier serviceability at your delivery PIN code. International shipping is not currently available.

Order processing

Orders are normally processed within 2 working days. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays. Processing may take longer during busy periods or unforeseen disruptions.

Estimated delivery timelines

Delivery is generally expected within 3–9 working days after dispatch, depending on your location, PIN code and our delivery partner’s schedule. Order processing time is additional to this delivery estimate.

These timelines are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Weather, public holidays, transport disruptions and other circumstances may affect delivery. If your order is delayed, please contact us with your order number so we can help investigate.

Always-free standard shipping

Standard shipping within India is free on every order. There is no minimum purchase amount or minimum order quantity. Whether you order a single product or several, you will not be charged for standard domestic shipping.

Shipment confirmation and tracking

Order and shipment updates are sent using the contact details provided at checkout. Once your order is dispatched, tracking information will be shared when available from our delivery partner.

Accurate delivery information

Please ensure your address, PIN code and contact details are correct when placing your order. Contact us promptly if you notice an error. Changes may not be possible once an order has been dispatched.

Damaged, incorrect or missing orders

If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item or appears to be missing, please contact Amaaya with your order number and details of the issue. For damaged deliveries, retain the packaging and products and provide clear photographs and clear video recordings of package opening. We will review the issue and help arrange an appropriate resolution in accordance with your applicable consumer rights.

Free returns

Amaaya does not charge return shipping fees. Please contact us before sending an item back so we can provide return instructions and coordinate the process. Free return shipping does not, by itself, specify a return window or refund eligibility; those details are governed by our Return and Refund Policy and your applicable consumer rights.
